Skills-Based Learning
Our group-based and workshop-based psycho-educational programmes are designed to build insight, self-awareness, emotional resilience, interpersonal understanding, and clearer life direction.
Offerings may include Life Navigation, addiction recovery education, relational skills, positive psychology-informed wellbeing, CBT-based coping tools, DBT-based self-regulation skills, practical life skills for teens and young adults, decision-making, stress management, communication, goal-setting, and broader self-development. Psycho-education differs from therapy in that the primary focus is structured learning, reflection, and skills development for future use.
Programmes may be adapted for adolescents, adults, families, schools, professional groups, or community settings.
Professional Wellness
MJT offers standard or customised psychologically informed services for organisations, and other professional spaces.
These services may support EAPs and related initiatives, including burnout prevention, conflict resolution, staff mental health and wellbeing, organisational transitions and communication, leadership pressure, and sustainable functioning.
Services may include workshops, consultations, tailored input, and professional development sessions.
Clinical Consultation & Supervision
The practice offers clinical consultation and supervision for registered psychologists seeking structured professional support around client work, case formulation, treatment planning, ethical and therapeutic process.
These sessions are offered in person or remotely, and provide a reflective and confidential space for analysis and discussion of clinical complexity, professional development and ongoing responsibilities of clinical care.
Group Therapy & Support Groups
These are clinician-facilitated spaces for individuals who may benefit from therapeutic discussion, guided reflection, peer support, connection, and psycho-educational input around mental health challenges and shared life experiences.
